This isn’t just some trip or a one-off adventure. This is the beginning of something. It started with one man, in a wheelchair, boldly showing up at an outdoor workout group of fully able-bodied men. That group became friends who love and support each other… including helping Jeff on his first and second ever obstacle course races – thank you to Spartan Races and More Heart Than Scars for what they stirred in us… and now a small village of nearly 30 individuals from all types of backgrounds and an exceptional local expedition team of guides and porters (over 60!) will climb Mt. Kilimanjaro in September 2025.

But the joy is truly in those coming forward, getting curious about what their impossible might be and the team that will be willing to make it possible.
